Mom's birthday cake

Well, here it is, my Mom's birthday cake! I used this recipe for the carrot cake and found this blog for the decorating part. I thought it was so beautiful I wanted to see if I could do it. Next time I do this technique I want to use a different color or type of frosting like chocolate! My mom loved it and I was honored to make her a birthday cake.

      Thanks Casey! Decorating takes me back to our Kencraft days when you me and Jenette would hang out. I miss those days. I hope all is well with you and your family and you new baby boy!
